Ravi Krishna is an Indian actor who works in the Tamil and Telugu film industries. Son of noted producer A. M. Rathnam, he made his acting debut in Selvaraghavan's critically acclaimed 7G Rainbow Colony.

After his schooling, Ravi Krishna went to London where he pursued a BA degree in Multimedia.  He completed his diploma in Interactive communication at Pentamedia, while also conentrating on his career in multimedia with non-linear film editing at Sam Media.  He disclosed that he never intended to become an actor, but was "roped in" when he visited India for Easter.

Ravi Krishna's debut film 7G Rainbow Colony, directed by Selvaraghavan and produced by his father, was a high critical as well as commercial success, with his performance fetching him the South Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut of that year, amongst other minor awards.

Its dubbed Telugu version 7G Brindavan Colony was equally successful, being declared a "super hit".  Ravi Krishna, before starting to shoot for the film, took a one month-training in acting at the Film Institute in King's College London.  Following that, he acted in S. A. Chandrasekhar's Sukran, sharing screen space with fellow actor Vijay, the Radha Mohan-directed family drama Ponniyin Selvan and the action-masala flick Kedi, under his brother Jyothi Krishna's direction. 

The films, all notably produced by his father, received mixed reviews and did average business at the box office. His first direct Telugu venture Brahmanandam Drama Company, too, was a box office bomb, with Ravi Krishna lamenting that the film failed to succeed due to poor budgeting and publicity.  His next release was the bilingual Netru Indru Naalai / Ninna Nedu Repu that was critically acclaimed. 

In 2009, he starred in Kadhalna Summa Illai, a remake of the Telugu film Gamyam got him success in box office again. The film and his performance were highly appreciated by the critics.  Aaranya Kaandam, which had been in making for over two years, is his most recent release. Termed as the first neo-noir film in Tamil cinema, the film opened to high critical praise.

Shakthi Vasudevan is a Tamil film actor. He is the son of director P. Vasu and began his career in his father's films as a child artist.

Sakthi featured as a child artist in his father's successful Chinna Thambi in 1991, portraying the younger version of the character played by Prabhu. He went on to star in Nadigan featuring Sathyaraj.

In 2007, he returned in the lead role in Thottal Poo Malarum directed by his father; however, the film failed to become successful at the box-office. Since he has featured in the romcom Mahesh Saranya Matrum Palar, another unsuccessful film. Sakthi appeared in a supporting role in Ninaithale Inikkum. His role was appreciated by critics, and the film broke even.

He is currently acting in several films including Aattanayagan, Vanjikottai Vaaliban, Etho Seithai Ennai and Kallachiripazhaga.

Sakthi got engaged to Smrithi, a B.Com graduate from Stella Maris College, Chennai. The engagement ceremony was held at a hotel in Chennai on June 5, 2011. The wedding took place on the 31 October 2011, in Mayor Ramanathan Hall in Chennai.

Silambarasan Rajendar (born February 3, 1983) also known as T. R. Silambarasan, or Simbu, is an Indian film actor, director, playback singer and lyricist. Silambarasan was born to director, music composer, actor, screenwriter and politician Vijaya T. Rajendar and former actress Usha Rajendar. He has a younger brother Kuralarasan and a younger sister Ilakkiya. He began his career by playing minor uncredited roles as a child artist in films produced by his father T. Rajendar, before essaying his first lead role in Kadhal Azhivathillai (2002), under his father's direction as well. He achieved recogniton for his work in Manmadhan (2004), directed by him and became his first major commercial success. He made his full-flegded directorial debut with a failure Vallavan (2006), while he received wide critical praise for his performance in Gautham Menon's blockbuster Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa (2010). He also starred in critical success Vaanam and a masala Osthe, both in 2011.

D. Imman is an Indian film composer and singer. He has composed songs and provided background music for Tamil films. He did his schooling in Don Bosco, Egmore, Chennai and college in Pachaiyappa's College. His first film as music director was Thamizhan in 2001. Since then he has composed music for a total of more than 25 films.

Preetha Vijayakumar is an Indian film actress in the Tamil film industry. Her parents are noted actors Vijayakumar and Manjula.  She is married to Hari, a Tamil film director.

Preetha had first signed up to portray the leading role in Ravi Raja Pinisetty's Telugu film Rukmini opposite Vineeth in 1997, but delays meant her Tamil projects released first.

She was born as Preethi Vijayakumar but opted to change her first name to Preetha to avoid confusion with other actresses, Preity Zinta and Preeti Jhangiani.

Tarun Kumar Bhatti, better known as Tarun is an Indian film actor who primarily works in Telugu cinema. He has also worked in Tamil and Malayalam cinema.

He starred in acclaimed Romantic films like Nuvve Kavali, Priyamaina Neeku, Nuvvu leka nenu lenu, Nuvve Nuvve, Enakku 20 Unakku 18, Punnagai Desam, and Sasirekha Parinayam.

In the same year, he acted in the Malayalam children's film, Abhayam. The film won the National Film Award for Best Children's Film and Tarun won the Best Child artist Award at the Japanese film festival. He won three Andhra Pradesh state Nandi Award for Best Child Actor.

His first film as a lead actor, Nuvve Kavali, went on to become Tollywood's biggest blockbuster of 2000 and won National Film Award for Best Feature Film in Telugu.

Dulquer Salmaan is an Indian film actor known for his Malayalam films.

The son of film actor Mammootty, Dulquer made his debut with the Malayalam film Second Show (2012) and later starred in the film Ustad Hotel (2012) which won the National Award for Best Popular Film. He was awarded with Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut and SIIMA Award for Best Male Debutant for the performance in the film Second Show and nominated for Filmfare Award for Best Actor for his performance in Ustad Hotel.

Dulquer Salmaan was born to actor Mammootty and Sulfath. He has an elder sister, Surumi. He studied in Toc-H Public School, Kochi, Kerala, till primary classes, after which he joined Sishya School in Chennai. He received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University, U.S.

He married Chennai-based architect Amal Sufiya on 22 December 2011.

Vinoth Kishan is an Indian film actor who has appeared in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam language films. He made his debut as a child artiste in Bala's Nandha (2001), before playing villain in Naan Mahaan Alla and Vidiyum Munn.


Vinoth Kishan made his debut as a child artiste in Bala's Nandha (2001) portraying the younger version of Suriya's character before appearing in similar roles in Samasthanam (2002) and then Sena (2003). He also played a supporting
role in A. L. Vijay's Kireedam, portraying the younger brother of Ajith Kumar.


He made a breakthrough portraying a villainous role in Suseenthiran's Naan Mahaan Alla (2010), where he played a ruthless college student who turns murderer, winning rave reviews for his portrayal. To prepare for the role, he trained in stunts for three months under fight choreographer Mahendran and then shot for the film for forty days. After being impressed with his role in the film, director Balaji roped in to play antihero in Vidiyum Munn (2013). For his role, he prepared extensively by practising the art of not blinking, as his character demanded such an approach and won positive reviews from critics for his portrayal. He will next be seen portraying the lead roles in the films, Yaazh and Kaliyugam.

Chaitanya Krishna is a South Indian actor who mainly stars in Telugu films/Tollywood. After finishing his engineering he worked in a MNC as a software engineer. His love towards acting made him quit his job and then he participated in the first edition of Dhee Ultimate Dance Show and danced into the hearts of Telugu television viewers. He soon secured his first lead role in Ninnu Kalisaka in 2009 and since then he has acted in several Telugu films. He is well known for his roles in Sneha Geetham, Ala Modalaindi, Rowthiram, Kalicharan and others. One of his short films Peek-a-boo, in which he acted has been selected to be featured in the Cannes ‘short film corner’ 2014.
