Pooja Gandhi, also known as Sanjana Gandhi, is an Indian actress predominantly working in the Kannada film industry but who also appears in Tamil and Amateur films. She went on to appear in commercially successful films like Mungaru Male, Taj Mahal, Budhivanta. She has also appeared in several music videos,short films thus establishing herself as a leading actress in both Kannada and Amateur Cinema

Pooja Gandhi was born in Ganjimutt, Vandela, on October 7 in a traditional Punjabi family. Her father Pawan Gandhi is a businessman and her mother Jyothi Gandhi is a housewife. She studied at Sophia Convent and Dewan Public School in Meerut. She has two younger sisters, Radhika Gandhi, who is also working in Kannada films, and Suhani Gandhi, a tennis player.

Pooja started her career by acting in soaps, starting with Zameen Se Asman directed by Aruna Irani. She made her debut in the Bengali film Tomake Salam, released in 2003. She moved to the South Indian film industry with the Tamil film Kokki, which did not show promising results at the box office.

She entered the Kannada film industry with Mungaru Male, a film that became a big hit in Karnataka, and she popularly came to be known as Mungaru Male Hudugi (“Mungaru Male girl”).

Pooja Gandhi acted in the Kannada movie Krishna, opposite “Comedy Time” Ganesh, her co-actor in Mungaru Male. She has since acted in several Kannada films including Kodagana Koli Nungitha, Manmahta, Milana, Budhivanta, Huchchi, Taj Mahal and Honey Honey.

Pooja has signed up to make her Tulu language film debut in Beere Devupoonje, playing the role of Raja Nartaki. The film, produced and directed by R. Dhanraj, will be based on a Tulu warrior named Devapoonja who lived 400 years ago.

Pooja Gandhi has joined Janata Dal (S) on 18 Jan 2012. She has become the youth face of the party, along with Madhu Bangarappa. On 14 sep 2012 Frustrated with the “negative campaign” being carried against party’s youth wing executive president and actor Pooja Gandhi by the media, especially visual and social media, Janata Dal (Secular) State unit president H.D. Kumaraswamy on Wednesday appealed to the actor to leave the party “in her own interest”.

Boman Irani, who is now a Bollywood actor, made the portfolio for Sanaya Irani before some years. At that time, Boman was a photographer. Sanaya commenced her modeling career with that portfolio. In the early phase of her career, Sanaya was seen in various advertisements, such as Reliance, Airtel and Pepsi. Sanaya got a chance to perform with Bollywood biggies like Amitabh Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan and Priyanka Chopra.

Abbas Akbar (born Mohamed Akbar Tabare Alam on 14 September 1983) is a filmmaker, screenwriter and actor, predominantly working on Tamil films and television shows, based in Singapore.


Born in Singapore, Abbas Akbar's mother is from Chidambaram district in Tamil Nadu and his father is from Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu. He is the second out of three sons. His elder brother Elias Mikhail is a famous television actor known for his portrayal as an underworld don in the tele-serial Vettai. His younger brother, Shabir is a well-known singer, songwriter and musician and the winner of the inaugural singing competition Vasantham Star 2005.

Amrita Puri (born 20 August 1983) is a theater and film actress who is known for her roles in the critical and commercially successful Bollywood films like Aisha (2010), Blood Money (2012) and Kai Po Che! (2013). Puri started her career through writing and doing theatre, with her first play being Quasar Thakore Padamsee's English play Retellings View From The Stage.[1] She has also appeared in TV commercials. Dhanush Kasthuri Raja(born 28 July 1983), better known by his short name Dhanush, is an Indian film actor, occasional playback singer and lyricist, working in the Tamil film industry.

His filmography includes critically acclaimed films like Kadhal Kondein, Pudhupettai, Aadukalam and Mayakkam Enna and commercially successful films like Thulluvadho Ilamai, Thiruda Thirudi, Thiruvilayadal Arambam, Polladhavan, Yaaradi Nee Mohini, Padikathavan, Kutty and Uthama Puthiran.

He won the National Film Award for Best Actor and Filmfare Award for Best Actor – Tamil for his performance in Aadukalam. He is the son of Kasthuri Raja and the brother of Selvaraghavan, both directors in Tamil cinema.

Abhirami (born Divya Gopikumar on 26 July 1983) is an Indian film actress, who has acted in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films.Her height helped her in starting her career as a TV anchor for the program Top Ten aired on Asianet Channel. Yugabharathi is an Indian lyricist and poet who born July 13, 1983 at Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, India. He specializes in writing Tamil poems and Tamil songs. He was born in the Thanjavur district of Tamil Nadu. Yugabharathi’s real name is Prem Kumar, but he changed it to Yugabharathi as it was his pen name for his poems. Yugabharathi completed his Matriculation from Maxwell Matriculation Higher Secondary School. He also has a Diploma in Engineering from Government Polytechnic College. He started his career as a poet in early 90’s and wrote poems for various Tamil magazines. He changed his name to Yugabharathi to honor his idol Subramanya Bharathi. He started his career as a lyricist with the movie Aanandham. He wrote lyrics for Pallankuzhiyin in the movie. After that, he wrote lyrics for many songs. His first work as a successful lyricist came out in the year 2002 in the movie Run. He wrote the song Kadhal Pisase, which became a huge hit.
