Aari is an Indian film actor who has appeared in Tamil language films. He made his feature film debut in Rettaisuzhi (2010) produced by director Shankar, before having a breakthrough performance as Murugan in Nedunchaalai (2014).

Aari, before entering films, had strong background in theatre featuring in productions by Magic Lantern, Theatre Nisha and Inland Theatres which helped hone his acting skills and also worked as a fitness trainer for actors. He worked on T. V. Chandran's Aadum Koothu (2005) which was shown across film festivals, working alongside an established cast including Cheran and Navya Nair. Aari made his feature film debut in Rettaisuzhi, produced by director Shankar, and directed by Thamira featuring alongside Bharathiraja and K. Balachandar who played the lead roles and Anjali, who played Aari's love interest. He appeared as Murthy, an army man, returning to his village. However the film opened to poor reviews, with a critic noting that "the lead pair Anjali and Aari lacks charisma and is not convincing as lovers".

In October 2011 it was announced that Aari would feature in Maalai Pozhudhin Mayakathilaey after replacing Adith Arun in the lead role and would star alongside winner of Miss South India 2010, Shubha Phutela. Aari mentioned that it was "really challenging to play an ordinary guy", as he had to consciously keep his emotions to a minimum at all times. The film, which told a story which happens in the space of two and a half hours, released in mid-2012 to mixed reviews from critics. Aari made a breakthrough after portraying the lead role in N. Krishna's third venture, a romantic roadtrip film titled Nedunchaalai (2014). A period film set in the 1980, Aari gained ten kilograms for the film and worked extensively on the project for over two years. Post-release, a critic noted "The performance from every cast member is outstanding" and "Aari immerses himself in the central character of Murugan with such conviction and controlled flair that it becomes impossible to separate the actor from the part". The film opened to positive reviews and performed above average at the box office. Aari lost 14 kilograms for his next venture, the comedy Kadai En 6, which will release in 2015, as will the supernatural thriller Night Show featuring Nayantara. Another forthcoming film will be Dharani directed by newcomer Guhan, which has been in production since 2010.

Sonia Agarwal (born 28 March 1982) is an actress and model. Having predominantly acted in Tamil films, she is probably best known for her performances as Divya. Anita and Selvi in blockbuster films directed by her former husband Selvaraghavan such as Kaadhal Kondein, 7G Rainbow Colony and Pudhupettai. 

During her school days, Sonia Agarwal got an offer to act in a serial in Zee TV. She then made her film debut with the 2002 Telugu film Nee Premakai, in which she did a small role, after which she acted in a Kannada film Chandu opposite Sudeep.Subsequently, she stepped into the Tamil film industry, appearing in the drama film Kaadhal Kondein, directed by Selvaraghavan, whom she would marry later. Acting opposite Selvaraghavan's brother Dhanush, the film became a huge success and she was widely appreciated for her performance as Divya in the film, which brought her to limelight and fetched her several awards, including the ITFA Best New Actress Award.
 
Afterwards, she acted alongside popular actors Silambarasan and Vijay in the films Kovil and Madhurey, respectively. In 2004, the controversial Tamil drama film 7G Rainbow Colony, directed by Selvaraghavan again, got released, which went on to become successful at the box office. After appearing in the films Oru Kalluriyin Kathai and Oru Naal Oru Kanavu in 2005, both which failed to perform well at the box office, she got roles in the films Thiruttu Payale and Pudhupettai. The former, directed by Susi Ganesan, became a highly successful film, whilst the latter, another Selvaraghavan film received universal critical acclaim by reviewers.

Sonia married Selvaraghavan (a Tamil film director) in December 2006. She stopped acting after her marriage. After their two year marriage Sonia Agarwal and Selvaraghavan filed for divorce with mutual consent in a Chennai family court on 9 August 2009. The family court granted divorce to Selvaraghavan and Sonia Agarwal on March 12, 2010.
After getting divorced, she made a re-entry, essaying a supporting role in the multi-starrer Vaanam, following which she has signed up for four projects three in Tamil and one in Malayalam in quick succession. Her Karu Pazhaniappan-directed film Sadhurangam, opposite Srikanth once again, has recently been released. Her forthcoming films include Oru Nadigayin Vakku Moolam, a heroine-oriented feature and two Tamil films Poi Sollathedi, Achchamenn.

RJ Shankar (Sankaranaryanan), popularly known as Blade Shankar (born in 23 March 1982), is an Indian radio jockey, comedian and actor based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Blade Shankar hosts the Morning Shows, Blade No.1 and Chinna Thampi Periya Thampi on Suryan FM Chennai.

It was back in 2003, RJ Blade Shankar began his career in Suryan FM as a radio jockey through the show Oor Suthalaam Vaanga.

In 2006, he started hosting a single Jock show 'Blade No.1' and a dual jock show Chinna Thampi Periya Thampi, which were instant hits among the radio listeners of Chennai. His radio talents were soon recognised and 'Blade No.1' was awarded the Best Breakfast Programme by IRF (India Radio Forum) in 2007.

In 2008 and 2009 his co-jock show 'Chinna Thampi Periya Thampi' won the 'Best Breakfast Programme' award by IRF. Again in 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 his show Blade No.1 managed to win the Best Breakfast Programme award by IRF. It was not just his shows that were recognised and awarded by IRF. For a continuous two years (2015 & 2016) RJ Blade Shankar is the winner of 'RJ of the Year (Tamil)' title by IRF.  RJ Blade Shankar is the only recipient of 9 IRF awards in South India.

Blade Shankar is an actor, known for Saguni (2012) and Sonna Puriyathu (2013). He has also acted in Ula a Tamil film to be released in 2016.

Blade Shankar completed his Chemical Engineering from Satyabama University in 2003 prior to his introduction as a RJ. He completed his schooling from Spic Nagar Higher Secondary School in Tuticorin. His interests were playing a range of musical instruments and mimicking various artists.

Darbuka Siva is an Indian composer, percussionist, entrepreneur, musician, Indian film actor and a record producer. Rajeev Govinda Pillai is an Indian film actor from Malayalam cinema. Rajeev rose to stardom with Celebrity Cricket League. His acting debut was in the movie City of God (2011).

Pillai is originally a dentist, the fashion bug bit him while doing his masters in London. After leaving dentistry he left for Mumbai to follow a career in fashion. Divyadharshini Neelakandan is an Indian television anchor and actress from Chennai, Tamil Nadu.  She has also appeared in a few Tamil films. She is sometimes referred to as "DD".

Divyadarshini began her career when she was 14 as an anchor for “Nutrine Mahalacto Ungal Theerpu”. She then got her break in acting through K. Balachander's Rekkaikatiya Manasu. Since then, she has established herself as a versatile actress. 

Divyadarshini has also continued to host several reality TV shows, and is known for the shows she anchors in Vijay TV including Jodi Number One and Boys Vs. Girls. Born in chennai on February 17, 1982 to K.Neelakandan (Tamil) and N.Srilatha (Malayalee) and she has one elder sister Priyadarshini and one younger brother. She completed her schooling at Kingsford Convent and C.S.I Jessie Moses Higher Secondary School. After completing her bachelors in english Literature, she did M.Phil in Travel and Tourism Management. Meera Jasmine (born as Jasmine Mary Joseph) is an Indian actress from Thiruvalla, Kerala, who appears in South Indian cinema. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2004 and is a two-time recipient of the Kerala State Film Award, the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards,  as well as the Kalaimamani Award from the government of Tamil Nadu.

Meera Jasmine was born in a Syrian Christian family in Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta district, Kerala, India, to Joseph and Aleyamma. She completed her schooling in Bala Vihar, Thiruvalla and Marthoma Residential School, Thiruvalla. She appeared for her Higher Secondary Exams in March 2000. She had enrolled for a BSc degree in Zoology at Assumption College, Changanassery and completed nearly three months when she was spotted by director Blessy (who was then an assistant director to director Lohithadas) and offered a role in Soothradharan.

Meera Jasmine made her debut in the Malayalam film Soothradharan.  Her second film was Gramaphone, directed by Kamal, in which she appeared alongside Navya Nair and Dileep.  Her role as a Jewish girl was appreciated by Malayalam critics. Her third film was Swapnakkoodu, a romantic comedy alongside Prithviraj, Kunchako Boban, Jayasurya, and Bhavana under director Kamal. Her performance was appreciated and the film was a high commercial success. Among the five main characters, the one who scored the most was again Meera. She rose to fame in Malayalam cinema with the film Kasthooriman directed by her mentor Lohithadas, in which she enacted comedy and sentimental scenes. She received her first Filmfare award for her performance in Kasthooriman. The film was also a success at the box office, running for 100 days. The same year, she acted in T. V. Chandran's acclaimed Padam Onnu Oru Vilapam. She played a 15-year-old Muslim girl who was forced to marry an older man, for which she was awarded a State Award and the National Award in addition with several other awards. It was followed by her performance as Raziya in Perumazhakkalam alongside Kavya Madhavan.

Meera Jasmine's Tamil film entry made her a well-known star in the South. The successes of the Tamil film Run and Bala (2002) gave her the chance to work with the established actors of the Tamil film industry. She won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Actress award for Run. The success of the films led her to work with directors such as Mani Ratnam in Aayutha Ezhuthu and SS Stanley in Mercury Pookkal. Her latest Tamil film, Mambattiyan got released in December 2011. Meera has acted in 15 Tamil films.

Meera Vasudevan is an Indian film actress and model, who has appeared in Malayalam, Tamil, Hindi and Telugu-language films.

Meera was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra in a Tamil family as the eldest daughter to Vasudevan and Hemalatha. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and English literature, she became a successful model, appearing in many ad films, shooting into fame. Her entry into the film industry happened through the 2003 Hindi satirical film Rules: Pyaar Ka Superhit Formula alongside Milind Soman, her Telugu film Golmaal, however, released first. The same year she made her film debut in the Tamil film industry as well, appearing in Samuthirakani's directorial debut Unnai Saranadainthen, in which she shared screen space with Venkat Prabhu and S. P. B. Charan. Her portrayal of Bobby, an adamant village girl, in the film, was appreciated by critics and earned her the Tamil Nadu State Film Special Award for Best Actress.

After unsuccessful films like Anjali I Love You in Telugu and Arivumani in Tamil, she stepped into the Malayalam film industry in 2005 with the Blessy-directed Thanmathra alongside Malayalam superstar Mohanlal. Her performance as Lekha Ramesan, a housewife and mother of two children, received rave reviews and fetched her the Best Female New Face Award at the 2005 Ujala-Asianet Awards.

In 2006, she again starred in a Hindi film, Jaadu Sa Chal Gayaa, after 3 years, following which she appeared in the Tamil comedy film Jerry as a police inspector and the Malayalam drama film Oruvan, in which she again enacted the role of a housewife. Meera next starred in a number of Malayalam-language films, which include Ekantham, Valmeekam and Khaki and two Hindi-language films, Chain Kulii Ki Main Kulii and Thodi Life Thoda Magic in 2007.

In 2009, she had three releases so far, the Malayalam-language films Orkkuka Vallappozhum, Decent Parties and Vairam: Fight For Justice, in which she portrayed a Malayali housewife, whose daughter gets molested and killed. Projects she is currently working on include Aattanayagan, co-starring Sakthi Vasu and Remya Nambeeshan and Thasaiyinai Thee Sudinum, a periodic film set in the 1940s.

The ICC setmax campaign was her calling to success and fame and marked her entry into acting. After about 500 failed screentests, the Setmax ad shot by Prahlad Kakkar won the best ad campaign of the year, and was noticed by the director Parvati's mother & got her a screentest for Rules- Pyar ka superhit formula in 2004 for which she was nominated for best upcoming actress by Screen Awards and Sansui - PNC Awards. She is still doing ads in bombay and in the south.She will be seen in more movies shortly.She is married to malayalam actor John Kokken.
