Hari was born in Katchanavilai near Nazareth in Tuticorin District, Tamil Nadu, India. His father, Gopal Nadar, is a vessels merchant. Later his family moved to Chennai, where Hari was schooling and had a graduated in Commerce.
He first joined as an assistant to director Senthilnathan. He gained experience working with directors Natraj in Valli, Nassar in Avatharam and Alex Pandian. Later he assisted K. Balachander in his film Kalki and worked as an associate director with Saran in films Amarkalam and Parthen Rasithen.


His first film, in 2002, was Thamizh with Prashanth and Simran. It was a hit at the box-office and revived actor Prashanth's sagging career. Film critic Balaji commented that it was "one of the few movies in recent times where a lot of importance seems to have been attached to the script. In spite of the flimsy story and routine screenplay where a youth grows to be a 'dada', the dialogs elevate the quality of the movie and make it very enjoyable"
His second film Saamy under Kavithaalaya banner starring Vikram was the biggest blockbuster of 2003. His next two films Kovil with Silambarasan and Arul with Vikram again were unsuccessful. In 2005, he made Ayya starring Sarathkumar, which introduced Nayantara to Tamil cinema. Ayya was a superhit.


His next film was Aaru with Suriya in 2005 was a moderate hit. In 2007, he directed two films, Thaamirabharani with Vishal Krishna and Vel with Suriya. Both films were successful at box-office. In 2008, he directed Seval with Bharath, which flopped and received negative reviews. Ayyappa Prasad from Nowrunning.com quoted that Hari "panders to the taste of his rural audience all the way, but the movie is bound to disappoint city-dwellers since neither the story nor its treatment appeal to anyone with an IQ quotient higher than the least educated village wastrel".

Narayanan, known by his stage name Sirpy born 25 December is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer. He has predominantly scored music for Tamil films apart from working in Telugu and Malayalam films . He has also sung few of his own compositions.

Sirpy debuted as a music composer in 1993 for the film Gokulam and has composed for over 50 commercial and critically acclaimed feature films. He has won the Best Music director award from the Government of Tamil Nadu for the year 2002 for the film Unnai Ninaithu and the prestigious Kalaimamani Award in the year 1997.

John Abraham is an Indian film actor, producer and former model. After modelling for numerous advertisements and companies, Abraham made his film debut with Jism (2003), which earned him a Filmfare Best Debut Award nomination.

John was born in Mumbai to a Nasrani Malayali father and a Parsi mother. His father, Abraham John, is an architect from Aluva, Kerala; his mother is named Firoza Irani. Abraham's Parsi name is "Farhan" while his father being a Marthomite Syrian Christian named him "John".  He has a sister Susy Mathew and younger brother, Alan. John Abraham started his modelling career appearing in the music video of the song "Surma" by Punjabi singer Jazzy B.  He then joined a media firm Time & Space Media Entertainment Promotions Ltd., which, however, closed because of financial problems. Later, he worked for Enterprises-Nexus as a media planner.  In 1999, he won the Gladrags Manhunt Contest and went to the Philippines for Manhunt International, where he won second place.  Following this, he was signed by Carrie Models in Singapore and did some modelling there; he later modelled in Hong Kong, London and New York City. He also appeared in a number of commercial advertisements and in other music videos for singers including Pankaj Udhas, Hans Raj Hans and Babul Supriyo. Abraham made his acting debut with Jism (2003), a thriller film which according to Box Office India, was "above average" grossing 132,500,000 Rs.

His next films included a paranormal thriller Saaya (2003), Pooja Bhatt's directorial debut Paap (2004) and Ahmed Khan's Lakeer – Forbidden Lines (2004).He played the role of Kabir – the main antagonist in Dhoom in 2004, an action film produced by Yash Raj Films. The film was one of the highest grossing films of that year.

In 2005 he starred in the supernatural thriller Kaal and the comedy Garam Masala both of which did well at the box office.  Later that year, he had a role in Water, which portrayed the tragic fate of Hindu widows in British India of the 1930s. The film was written and directed by independent Canadian film-maker Deepa Mehta. It was popular internationally, and was nominated for the 2006 Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film at the 79th Academy Awards. Abraham attended the ceremony along with the film's crew and makers but the film lost to Germany's The Lives of Others.

In the summer of 2006, Abraham performed at the "Rockstars Concert" along with fellow Bollywood actors Salman Khan, Zayed Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Esha Deol, Shahid Kapoor and Mallika Sherawat.  In that same year, he starred in the films Zinda, Taxi No. 9211, Baabul and Kabul Express.  Among these Taxi No. 9211 and Kabul Express were substantially successful.

Nikhil Advani's multi-starrer Salaam-e-Ishq: A Tribute to Love was Abraham's first release in 2007. The movie failed to do well at the Indian box office, though it did well in the overseas markets.[26] His last two 2007 releases included the thriller No Smoking and the sports film Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal.

In 2008, Abraham starred alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Priyanka Chopra in Dostana, his only release that year. His first release of 2009 was a production by Yash Raj Films, New York.

In 2011, was seen in the films Aashayein and Jhootha Hi Sahi. Both of the films turned out to be box office failures. Lately, Abraham has appeared in films Force (2011), Desi Boyz (2011), and Housefull 2 (2012). His first film of 2013 was the multi-starrer Race 2 which was commercially successful, though his second release the coming-of-age romantic comedy I, Me Aur Main, under performed at the box office. His next release was Shootout at Wadala, in which he was portraying the role of gangster Manya Surve. The film emerged a success at the box office.His latest movie Madras Cafe, which also is a second movie for him as a producer garnered much critical acclaim, also the collections of the movie saw an upward trend after the terrific word of mouth.

His debut film as a producer was titled Vicky Donor (2012) and featured Ayushmann Khurrana, Annu Kapoor and Yami Gautam. Abraham also appeared in an item-number for the film.  It opened to positive response, and turned out to be a critical and commercial success.  His second production, Madras Cafe which is also directed by Shoojit Sircar, opened to overwhelming response from the critics, and after taking a positive start at the box-office, the film saw an enormous jump owing to the terrific word of mouth. Abraham has also announced his ideas on Hamara Bajaj, an upcoming reality film he is planning with most of the cast & crew of Vicky Donor.

During the filming of Jism in 2002, Abraham began to date his co-star Bipasha Basu. They were in a relationship until early 2011 when the couple officially broke up.  Whilst together, the two were often referred to as a supercouple in the Indian media.  He is now in a relationship with Priya Runchal, an NRI financial analyst and investment banker from USA native to McLeodganj, whom he met in Mumbai, in December, 2010.

Abraham takes an interest in PETA and Habitat for Humanity.  He donated INR1 millions to the Lilavati Hospital and Research Centre, Mumbai, according to his website.

In January 2009, Abraham led a group of Indian celebrities in the Mumbai Marathon, an annual event to benefit the United Way.

In April 2013 on behalf of PETA Abraham wrote a letter to Minister for Environment and Forests, Jayanthi Natarajan, asking that she make all circuses in India animal-free.

Roja Selvamani (born Latha Reddy on 17 November 1972) is a South Indian actress and politician. She is presently with YSR Congress party. Roja was born in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. She learnt Kuchipudi, and a dance form, for a few years. Roja entered the cinema industry with Telugu films. Her first movie was Prema thapassu with acting legend Rajendra Prasad where the complete movie was shot in Tirupati.

She was introduced to the Tamil film industry by director R.K. Selvamani with Chembaruthi along with actor Prashanth. The movie was a hit and paved the way for her in the Tamil cinema industry.She became popular with her songs such as "Veloor Maman" in the film Makkal Aatchi with Mammootty and "Mastana Mastana" in Rasaiyya with Prabhu Deva.

She became popular acting in films with actors such as Rajnikanth in Veera, and Arjun in Ayudha Poojai. Roja's career breakthrough was in the film Unnidathil Ennai Koduthen, directed by Vikraman. N. Linguswamy is an Indian film director, screenwriter and film producer, working primarily in Tamil cinema based in Chennai. He made his directorial debut with the family-drama Aanandham in 2001 and followed it up with the highly successful action films Run (2002),Ji , Sandakozhi (2005), Bheema (2008) and Paiyaa (2010). Vettai(2012)Kumki(2012) Tamil action film He and his brother Subash Chandrabose have also produced films through his production company, Thirupathi Brothers.
Director Linguswamy is one of the prominent directors of Tamil film Industry. He hails from a village Thirucherai(THIRUCHERAI) near Kumbakonam. Entering the tinsel world was not easy for this energetic talented man. Being born and brought up in a village atmosphere, he grew watching movies which was their ultimate entertainer. In his young age he used to watch all the movies of Director Bhagyaraj and was a great fan of his method of film making and screen play. After much struggle he joined as an assistant director to director A. Venkatesan for his Tamil film Mahaprabhu and followed in his next film Selva. He met so many obstacles to make his debut film.

Jeethu Joseph (born 10 November 1972) is an Indian film director and screenwriter best known for his work in Malayalam cinema. He made his directional debut with the 2007 film Detective and later went on to direct four consecutive successes with Mummy & Me (2010), My Boss (2012), Memories (2013) and Drishyam (2013).


Drishyam, produced by Aashirvad Cinemas, is currently the highest-grossing Malayalam film of all-time.



Jeethu Joseph worked as Assistant Director with Jayaraj (Bheebhatsam). After Bheebhatsam, chance came in the form of a Dileep-starrer for Jeethu. At the end of a year-and-a-half of work, it didn't "pan out" and he was back where he started.



Jeethu had, in the meanwhile, developed the one-line plot of Detective, which went on to be his debut directorial venture. After failing to find any producers, his mother Leelamma Josesh offered to co-produce the film. Jeethu found a co-producer in a US-based friend. He met Suresh Gopi and signed him on. A month into the project, a producer evinced interest and took on the production. Detective was released in 2007. The film fared well at the box-office.


His next film was Kunchako Boban starred Mummy & Me, which was a success at the box-office. Mummy and Me, although it took close to three years in the making, marked a turning point in his career as director. "My first film was easy compared to the struggle I had to go through for my second, Mummy and Me." There were offers to make films like Detective, but Jeethu declined. "I wanted to do a different film" It was for this reason that, though he had one line scripts of Mummy and Me and Memories ready in 2008, he chose to make Mummy and Me.


His third film My Boss was also a success in theatres.This film was criticised for being a copy of the hollywood film 'Proposal'. Jeethu's fourth movie Memories, a suspense thriller, was released in 2013 which did perfectly well in box office. "In Memories, Jeethu Joseph dwells on a canvas ridden with a series of murders. His ploy works because there is conviction about the way he crafts the thriller that touches religion, psychology and basic human instincts. It's an engaging plot and Joseph slightly goes astray as he indulges a bit too much treading along the romantic, peaceful past of Sam (Prithviraj). The diversion slackens an otherwise well-conceived narrative. Still he strays for a while simply because he owns a pretty decent narrative constructed with attention paid to certain technical details which raise the movie to the standard of a real thriller," The Times of India wrote in their review of Memories.


Later in 2013, drama-thriller Drishyam starring Mohanlal was released to huge box-office success. Jeethu later said, "I knew it was a good film and was confident about it. But did I expect this kind of an overwhelming response? Never." Jeethu earlier had Mammootty in mind for Drishyam but as the actor found it difficult to give dates, decided on Mohanlal.'Drishyam' also was accused of being a copy of the Japanese film,"Suspect X" "Drishyam is an elegantly crafted piece of film which Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph can proudly hold close to their hearts. Mohanlal owes this film to Jeethu Joseph, completely. It seems Joseph had saved his best for the script. It's a case of adept story-telling and playing to the gallery. Slightest doubts come from the characters themselves and he lets them answer as though each answer was his token of respect for the viewers," The Times of India wrote in their review of Drishyam.


Drishyam is set to be remade in Tamil by Jeethu with Kamal Haasan enacting Mohanlal's role. "Some sequences will be tweaked to suit the taste of the Tamil audience but the script will be the same. No scope for adding masala," he said. It is set to be made in Telugu with Venkatesh playing the lead role while talks are on for the Kannada version.


They were some allegations that Drishyam was reportedly inspired by Japanese author Keigo Higashino's book The Devotion of Suspect X, the rights of which Ekta Kapoor has acquired. Some industry people had reportedly asked Ekta Kapoor's creative team to watch Drishyam, pointing out that some elements are similar to the Japanese author's book. There was another report that Drishyam was based on Akira Kurosawa's Rashomon. Jeethu Joseph refuted reports that his script drew inspiration from any Japanese or Korean authors' books. "The script is original, a work of three-six months," he said.


Jeethu Joseph has three back-to-back projects lined up in the coming months. First movie is a Dileep-starrer set to go on floors June 2014. Jeethu, who joins hands with Dileep once again after the success of My Boss, says the yet-to-be-titled film will have a tinge of fantasy as its USP. The script of the film is written by Rajesh Varma. Anil Johnson, who worked with Jeethu in Drishyam will once again compose the music of the new film. A New Zealand-based production house is producing the film. The other two films will have Prithviraj and Kavya Madhavan respectively in the lead roles, says Jeethu. And for both the movies, Jeethu will once again write the script. Central Pictures, Kottayam, will produce the Prithviraj-starrer. Jeethu is also writing the script for his friend Anzar Khan's début movie. The story idea of the film has been formulated by Anzar, who has been in the industry as an associate director.


Jeethu was born to former Muvattupuzha Member of the Legislative Assembly V. V. Joseph and Leelamma. His childhood was spent in Mutholapuram in Elanji panchayat, 10 kilometres from Piravom.


Jeethu wanted to attend Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) although his father wanted him to become an engineer. He later graduated in economics from Nirmala College, Muvattupuzha.

V. Selvaganesh is an Indian percussionist working in the Carnatic tradition and one of the leading kanjira (south Indian frame drum) players of his generation. He is also known as "Chella S. Ganesh."

Born in Chennai to Grammy-winning musician Vikku Vinayakram, a former member of the original Shakti, he is the grandson of T. R. Harihara Sarma, who founded the Sri Jaya Ganesh Tala Vadya Vidyalaya (Sri JGTV school) in Chennai.

Selvaganesh gained world fame through tours with John McLaughlin's group, Remember Shakti.He helps his father, Grammy-winner T.H. "Vikku" Vinayakram, to run the Sri JGTV school and train a new generation of Carnatic percussionists. He has also composed and produced albums and played with the Swedish bass player Jonas Hellborg and American guitar virtuoso Shawn Lane.

His debut international solo album, Soukha, was released in 2006 featuring all other regular members of Remember Shakti including John McLaughlin, Zakir Hussain, U. Srinivas and Shankar Mahadevan, as well as sitar player Niladri Kumar and Selvaganesh's father T.H. "Vikku" Vinayakram. He has also formed a new group called dr JSM, with the UK-based Goan songwriter/producer dr.Joel and the young Carnatic singer Mahesh.Their Indo-Celtic album entitled Turn on the dreams was released in the UK in 2005.

In 2012, Selvaganesh made his film directorial debut with Bodhai,a short film in Tamil. He also composed the four-track soundtrack which was released in digital format by Saregama.
V. Selvaganesh made his debut composing for films with the Tamil movie Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu (2008).

He next scored the music for the Tamil film Kola Kolaya Mundhirika (2009) where he had composed a diverse album containing a Punjabi-style Bhangra song sung by his favorite singer Shankar Mahadevan, a south Indian folk song, a hip-hop number, and a romantic ballad that brings together singers S. P. Balasubrahmanyam and K. S. Chithra after a very long time.

The theme track of the film brought together Swedish guitarists Mattias Eklundh on his signature electric guitar and Jonas Hellborg on the bass respectively, Ranjit Barot on the drums, and Selvaganesh's father Vikku Vinayakram on the Ghatam. It marks the first time that so many world-renowned musicians have collaborated in the history of Tamil film music.

Riyaz Khan is an Indian film actor who has acted in several Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, and Hindi films. He debuted in the Malayalam film Sugham Sughakaram directed by Balachandra Menon.

Later he went on to act in Tamil and Telugu films. After many years, he came back to the Malayalam film industry acting in Balettan starring Mohanlal. He is also a brand ambassador of a Chennai based fitness studio called 'Inshape health & fitness'.

Soundarya born 18 July 1972, She was an actress born in Karnataka who acted mainly in Kannada and Telugu films and also in many Tamil, Malayalam and Bollywood movies. She was much sought-after actress in the 1990s and acted in more than 100 films, most of them in Telugu. She produced movies in the later phase of her career and won the Silver Lotus Award for her film Dweepa. She also received the Filmfare Awards six times for her acting performances. Soundarya died in a plane crash while campaigning for a political party near Bangalore in 2004. Soundarya was the daughter of Kannada film producer and writer K. S. Satyanarayan. She was born in Mulbagal and raised in Bangalore.

 She made her debut while in her first year of MBBS when she was offered a role by a friend of her father's in the Kannada film Gandharva (1992). Her first Telugu film was 'number one' with yesteryear super star Krishna Ghattamaneni(1991), and she followed the same director S.V.Krishna Reddy for next movie called 'Rajendrudu Gajendrudu'. Both movies are super hits in box office, She discontinued her studies after Ammoru (1995) was a huge transformation her career which dubbed in tamil was a huge hit.

Soundarya acted in one Hindi film, Sooryavansham. She was in Tamil films, such as Arunachalam and Padayappa alongside Rajinikanth, Kaadhala Kaadhala alongside Kamal Haasan and others.She produced and acted in the Kannada film Dweepa which won her many awards. Unfortunately, the last film in her career was the Kannada film Apthamitra, a run away hit with Southern Super Star Dr. Vishnuvardhan. The film was a box-office hit and ran successfully for one whole year in the theaters. This film also won her the Filmfare Award for Best Actress posthumously in 2004.

She performed in Malayalam movies opposite Jayaram and Mohanlal too.Her Kannada film Dweepa directed by Girish Kasaravalli won many awards. Soundarya not only acted in the film, but also produced the movie. As a producer she won her the 49th Golden Lotus award in 2001, which is given for best film of the year. She also won the Karnataka state award for Best Actress for her brilliant performance and the best film award as a producer. The film also won the Karnataka state award for the best Cinematography, and was featured in five international film festivals.

She bagged seven Filmfare awards and three Nandhi awards from the government of Andhra Pradesh. she is a roll-model to every Indian girl and house wife's, were very found of her dressing sense she was one of heartthrob to all movie goers, she is still remembered for acting.

She was compared to great actress Savithri in her acting. She was one of the finest actresses who believed in acting and not showing skin (glamour). In an interview, veteran actor Akkineni Nageshswara Rao said that if old blockbuster movie Mayabazar is to be remade, for the role of savithri he suggested that Soundarya would suit best for the role of Sasirekha.

Soundarya was offered the role of Draupadi in the remake of Narthanashala. Soundarya along with Balakrishna started shooting, but the film got shelved for financial reasons, the actress died before shooting continued.

Soundarya was born in the village of Ashtagrama, Gangigunte, Mulabagal taluk, Kolar. She married her maternal uncle's son and childhood friend, software engineer G. S. Raghu, on 27 April 2003. She planned on promoting public welfare. Her husband and sister-in-law founded the Amara Soundarya Social and Educational Trust [ASSET]. Soundarya maintained an orphanage in Bangalore. She donated money to numerous educational institutions during her lifetime.

Soundarya died on April 17, 2004, in an aircraft crash near Bangalore, when the plane she was traveling in caught fire immediately after take-off. The plane, a Cessna 180, chartered by Agni Aviation, left Jakkur Airfield at 11:05 AM. Shortly after take-off the plane turned left, plunged and crashed in an open field about 500 m from the airport. She was on her way to Andhra Pradesh to campaign for the Bharatiya Janata Party for the coming elections. Her brother, Amarnath, a producer of Kannada films, also died in the accident. She was awarded the Karnataka State Award posthumously for her Kannada super hit film and her last film Apthamithra, which was received by her mother.
