Storyline

The singer turned composer Karthik who debuted as the music director in film Aravaan will do the music for this film. This film will feature Santhanam and Ganesh in important roles. Initially Samantha Ruth Prabhu was announced to do the female role. It was secondly reported that the female lead role would be portrayed by Abhinaya. Later Richa Gangopadhyay replaced her. Finally, the role went to Yami Gautam who signed her second film in Kollywood. Yami Gautamhas stated that her character Kavya, works in a khadi store.
