Gurleen Chopra (aka: Gurleen Kaur Chopra)is a Punjabi actress and model. She has appeared in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Marathi, Kannada, Punjabi and Bhojpuri films.

She got her preliminary education from Chandigarh, her hometown. She started modeling after completing class 12th. There is no much information available about her education and rumors state that she left studies after 12th in order to pursue her career in movies.

Gurleen Chopra was in Class XII when she was selected Miss Chandigarh.  She then tried modelling as suggested by her friends, and later decided to join films. Her parents were initially against it, but later agreed after they got to know that the film was to be directed by Lawrence D'Souza.

Gurleen Chopra made her debut in the Hindi film Indian Babu.  Her next Hindi film Kuch To Gadbad Hai in which she played an orphan girl Riya.  She debuted in Telugu cinema with Ayudham and later acted in many Telugu, Kannada and Tamil films. She played a double role in Manmatha. About her performance in the film, Sify had written, "Gurlin Chopra is impressive as Lakshmi in the blind get up", and Rediff had written that she "has done a neat job in both her roles".  She signed and shot her first Tamil film Thullal in 2004, but it released only in 2007. She then started acting in Punjabi films. Her film Hashar opposite Babbu Mann was a hit.  After a long hiatus she signed a Telugu film titled Konaseemalo Chittemma Kittayya in 2009.  She acted in a 3D Telugu romantic comedy Vasthavam.

She started shooting for her Marathi debut film Shinma in May 2015.

Manjari Phadnis is an Indian movie actress. She is seen mainly in Hindi, Tamil, Bengali, Telugu and Kannada films. Manjari appeared in Onida television advertisement in the year 2009. The beautiful lady was a part of iBall pen-drive brand's ad film.

The Hindi movies in which Maharashtrian girl Manjari Phadnis was seen acting in are 'Mumbai Salsa' (2007), 'I M 24' (2010) and 'Zokkomon' (2011). Her Telugu movies include 'Inkosaari' (2010), 'Shubhapradam' (2010) and 'Shakti' (2011). Manjari was seen in a Kannada flick titled 'Munjane' in 2012.

Currently, Manjari is working on her next Hindi projects like 'Grand Masti' and 'Warning' (2013).

Nelson Dilipkumar, credited in films as Nelson, is an Indian director and screenwriter who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. His films are known for featuring elements of black comedy and synchronised comical characters.Nelson won the Best Screenplay Award in Norway Tamil Film Festival for his directorial debut Kolamaavu Kokila. He was listed among the Promising Directors of 2018 in Times of India article.

Nelson is a graduate with a degree in Visual communication from New College, Chennai. He started his career as an assistant script-writer in Star Vijay.

In between, Nelson started his debut movie Vettai Mannan in 2010 starring Silambarasan, Jai, Hansika Motwani and Deeksha Seth which was planned to be produced by NIC Arts S. S. Chakravarthy, featuring music by Yuvan Shankar Raja. The film was shelved for unknown reasons halfway through.There was an attempt to revive the project in 2017 and a new crew was selected. Anirudh Ravichander replaced Yuvan Shankar Raja as the composer. However the project failed to take off again.

Anirudh Ravichander helped Nelson land his debut feature film,the dark comedy Kolamavu Kokila starring Nayanthara in the lead role, which he wrote and directed. The film produced by Lyca Productions released on 17 August 2018 and became a commercial success. His next film was Doctor starring Sivakarthikeyan in lead role opposite Priyanka Arul Mohan. The film became one of the biggest Tamil-language blockbusters among the films that released theatrically after the pandemic-induced lockdowns.

In November 2020, composer Anirudh Ravichander introduced him to actor Vijay as a potential candidate to direct the latter's next film.Actor Vijay was impressed with Nelson's script and the latter was signed on to direct actor Vijay's 65th film Beast.The film stars Vijay and Pooja Hegde in lead roles. Beast will be released on 14 April 2022 as a pan-Indian film dubbed in Telugu, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.Nelson will also direct Rajinikanth's 169th film.

Neetu Chandra is an Indian film actress, model and martial artist.

Neetu Chandra was born in Patna, Bihar, India. She was educated at the Notre Dame Academy, Patna. She started modelling and Neetu attributes her success to her mother, a native of East Champaran in Bihar.  She has appeared in several advertisements and videos for firms since her graduation days in Delhi's IP College, University of Delhi. She holds two Dan black belts in Taekwondo and represented India in the 1997 World Taekwondo Championships in Hong Kong.

She entered Hindi film industry in 2005 with Garam Masala in which she portrayed Sweety, an airhostess. She also acted in Telugu film Godavari in 2006.

In 2007 she appeared in Madhur Bhandarkar's film, Traffic Signal. She spent a whole week living on the streets of Mumbai and living by a traffic light, to study the character.

In the year 2008, she had four releases by Directors, Dibakar Banerjee, Rahul Dholakia, Ashwini Dheer and Vikram. Her Tamil film, Yavarum Nalam with Madhavan released in the year 2009 was declared a major hit. Currently, Neetu is working on a major project, Jag Mundhra's Apartment.

In 2011 Deswa, a Bhojpuri film which she produced and which was directed by her brother, is released.

In 2013 she acted in a gangster movie Ameerin Aadhi Baghavan with Jayam Ravi.

Neetu Chandra was signed as the brand ambassador for the Hoop, a Gitanjali brand. She has also finished shooting a commercial for Mysore Sandal Soap. Neetu Chandra also appeared in music director Ismail Darbar's music video "Rasiya Saajan" along with Zubeen Garg.

Kajal Aggarwal (born 19 June 1985) is an Indian film actress, who predominantly appears in Telugu films.Kajal was born in Mumbai, India to Punjabi parents Suman Agarwal and Vinay Agarwal.She finished her studies in Mumbai and started her modeling career while she was in college.She has a sister named Nisha Aggarwal, who is appearing in Telugu films as well.

Vikramjeet Virk is an Model turned Actor from Karnal its in the Indian state of Haryana. He has done modelling from 2003 - 2010 & films and television projects from 2010 onwards. Virk has done films in 4 Indian regional film industries viz. Hindi, Malayalam, Punjabi, Telugu, as well as Bollywood till date.

Vikramjeet was born as the fourth kid of a farmer, Sukhwant Singh Virk and house wife, Harjinder Kaur Virk on the July 19, 1984 in a village called Tharwa Majra, in Karnal district, situated in Haryana. Despite his humble background, Virk says he had dreamed of becoming a model since his school days in Haryana as his friends thought Virk had the physique to be one.

Nakul (born June 15, 1984) is a Tamil film actor and playback singer. Brother of former film actress Devayani, he debuted as a lead actor in the 2003 film Boys directed by S. Shankar, in which he also sang his first song in the film's soundtrack album. He later made a breakthrough portraying a psychotic lover in Kadhalil Vizhunthen (2008), before winning acclaim for his performances in Naan Rajavaga Pogiren (2013) and Vallinam (2014).


Nakul was 18 when he was chosen for the part of Juju in Shankar's coming-of-age film Boys (2003). His family had initially sent some pictures of his elder brother Mayur to Shankar's office, but after seeing Nakul in one of the pictures, Shankar approached him to portray a leading role alongside an ensemble cast of newcomers. The film opened in August 2003 to mixed reviews but the high profile nature of the technical team ensured that the film was publicized and took a good opening at the box office. Unlike some of the other cast members from Boys, Nakul's acting career failed to take off and a subsequent Telugu language film titled Keelu Gurram, in which he played a supporting role, went on to become a failure at the box office. He struggled to get a breakthrough as an actor and during the period, he worked as a playback singer in films, notably recording for Harris Jayaraj in his albums for Anniyan, Ghajini and Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu.


He signed on to feature in Prasad's Kadhalil Vizhunthen, his first film as a lead actor, in 2006 and lost close to twenty kilograms in order to fit into the role of his character. Nakul revealed that the director and himself were wary that the film would define their careers in the film industry, and shot on a trial-and-error basis and were not in a hurry to complete the film, with production taking almost two years. The film gained unexpected publicity after "Nakka Mukka", a song composed by Vijay Antony for the soundtrack, became a big success and the venture was consequently selected by media giants Sun Pictures to become their first project for film distribution. Portraying a semi-psychotic character who refuses to accept the death of his lover, the film saw Nakul paired alongside actress Sunaina. The film released in 2008 and became a commercial hit, with critics praising his performance stating "Nakul is riveting" and that "he holds the film together and dances with élan, and has a good future." Sun Pictures also chose to distribute his next venture, the romantic comedy Maasilamani (2009) opposite Sunaina again, with the film becoming a surprise box office success. He next featured in AGS Entertainment's Kandhakottai with Poorna, which opened to average response critically and commercially.


Nakul subsequently went four years without a film release, though continued to work on several ventures simultaneously. Prithvi Rajkumar's thriller drama film Naan Rajavaga Pogiren released in 2013 to mixed reviews, with a critic noting Nakul "tries hard to infuse energy into the enterprise but cant carry such a heavy action role with conviction."His next release, Vallinam (2014), had been in production since mid 2011 and featured Nakul as a basketball player. To prepare for the role, Nakul underwent special training to "ensure that he lived the role rather than act". The film opened to positive reviews, with a critic noting "Nakul gives his career's best performance. He proves that a hero can step out of the commercial zone and take up roles that can still be liked by audience." He will next be seen in Naga Venkatesh's Narathan, while K. S. Adhiyaman's long-delayed venture Amali Thumali, in which Nakul co-stars with Shanthnu Bhagyaraj, is also expected to be complete in 2014.

Pallavi Subhas after completing her BCom wanted to pursue law but she got an offer in a play. She debuted with the serial Tumhari Disha. She was noticed by Ekta Kapoor in that serial and got selected for the next serial, Karam Apna Apna  in which she played the central role of Gauri. She has also worked in the serial Basera in which she was seen as Ketaki Sanghvi . Pallavi earlier appeared in the Marathi serials Char Diwas Sasuche on ETV Marathi and Adhuri Ek Kahani on Zee Marathi.
She later acted in Godh Bharaai in which she has a chance to play her age, but it did badly  and was pulled off air.

She has been signed as the female lead in Gautham Menon's next Tamil film Sattendru Maaruthu Vaanilai opposite Silambarasan.
Pallavi Subhash is a model for many TV advertisements like Lion Date Jam, Everest Gharam Masala, Lifebouy,3 roses and many more. She became very popular model for TV advertisements in 2012 and 13. She has received praise for her work in the "Meethe mein kuch meetha ho jaaye" ad campaign for Cadbury's after which she was referred to as the Cadbury girl.
She currently played Rukmini in the mythological series Mahabharat. She was earlier supposed to play the role of Princess Amba in the series, but had to opt out of it because her prior commitments clashed with the shoot of the show.Her role is of Lord Krishna's primary wife in the epic serial. Priya Vasudev Mani Iyer, better known by her stage name Priyamani (born 4 June 1984), is an Indian film actress and model who has starred in several Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada films. She is best known for earning a National Film Award for Best Actress for her role as Muththazhagu in the 2006 Tamil film Paruthi Veeran and for her role as Malavika in the 2008 Malayalam film Thirakkatha, for which she won the Filmfare Award for Best Actress. After her commercial successes in Kannada films like Raam, Ko Ko, Anna Bond and Only Vishnuvardhana, she established herself as one of the leading contemporary actress in Kannada cinema.

Priyamani was born in Palakkad, Kerala to Vasudeva Mani Iyer and Latha Mani Iyer. She grew up in Bangalore. After completing her schooling, Priyamani modeled for print advertisements. As a result of her extended modeling, she began to earn opportunities to star in films. After being approached by several directors and being considered, she finally starred in director Bharathiraja's Kangalal Kaidhu Sei, which was released in 2004.

She is currently pursuing a degree in B.A. in psychology. Bollywood actress Vidya Balan is her cousin.

After her debut film Kangalal Kaidhu Sei, her Telugu debut, Evare Atagaadu, sank without a trace. Priyamani then made her debut in the Malayalam film industry, where she starred opposite Prithviraj in Satyam, but this film also performed poorly at the box office. Despite these commercial failures, she was signed by Tamil film director and cinematographer Balu Mahendra to star opposite Dhanush in the 2005 drama Adhu Oru Kana Kaalam. She won tremendous acclaim for her performance, but the film's under-performance meant that box office success still eluded her. In 2006, Priyamani starred opposite Jagapathi Babu in Pellaina Kothalo. The film was a surprise hit given its low budget and modest star cast, and it propelled Priyamani to fame in Tollywood.

After three years in search of a film that would get her noticed, Priyamani managed to prove her acting credentials and commercial appeal with 2007's Paruthiveeran, directed by the Tamil director Ameer Sultan, in which she was paired with debutant Karthi Sivakumar. A rural subject which told the story of a notorious young villager in Madurai, the film won tremendous critical acclaim and became a surprise box-office blockbuster. In 2009 she had two Tamil releases, the masala film Arumugam and the remake of the Malayalam blockbuster Classmates, titled Ninaithale Inikkum, in which she was paired for the third time with Prithviraj. The former was a commercial failure, while the latter was considered a moderate success. Her Kannada debut opposite actor Puneet Rajkumar in Raam was also a commercial success. All three of her Telugu releases that year, however, did not do well at the box office. In 2010 she acted opposite Mammootty in the satirical film Pranchiyettan & the Saint which became the longest-running Malayalam film since 2005. She won a Filmfare nomination for her role as a Mumbai-based interior decorator in the film.

She was subsequently signed by director Mani Ratnam for his bilingual film, titled Raavanan and Raavan in Tamil and Hindi respectively. Soon after, she was roped in by Bollywood director-producer Ram Gopal Varma (RGV) for his big-budget trilingual film Rakht Charitra starring Vivek Oberoi and Surya Sivakumar. RGV decided to cast her after seeing her National Award-winning performance in Paruthiveeran. Her Kannada movie Only Vishnuvardhana with Sudeep became a blockbuster and later she starred in Anna Bond with Puneeth Rajkumar.

Shamna Kasim (Poorna), also known by the stage name Poorna, is an Indian film actress and model. She started her career as a classical dancer and got into media when she was participating at the reality-based dance competition Super Dancer on Amrita TV. She made her acting debut in the 2004 Malayalam film Manju Poloru Penkutty and went on to play minor supporting roles in a couple of unsuccessful films. She played her first major role in her debut Telugu film Sri Mahalakshmi, while essaying the lead female character in her first Tamil film, Muniyandi Vilangial Moonramandu.


She is born as youngest of five children, in a Muslim family, to Kassim and Ramla Beevi, on May 24, 1989 at, Kannur, Kerala. She has four siblings Sheriffa, Arifa, Shanavas and Shaina. She has completed Bachelors of Arts in English by correspondence.Currently she resides at Kochi, Kerala.
