Santhanam is a Tamil film actor, who plays comedy roles in Tamil films. Santhanam hails from a middle class family from Chennai.He belongs to the Iyengar community. He did his diploma in mechanical engineering in a polytechnic institute. Santhanam started his career in Television in a comedy show titled Lollu Sabha and went on to do Tamil films starring in Manmadhan in 2004. and best known for his roles in director M. Rajesh's comic trilogy, comprising Siva Manasula Sakthi (2009), Boss Engira Bhaskaran (2010) and Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (2012), the former two earning him the Vijay Award for Best Comedian for their respective years. After Manmadhan, he continued his collaboration with actor Silambarasan, appearing in successful comedy tracks in Vallavan, Kaalai, Silambattam, Vaanam and Osthe. As of 2012, he is the most popular comedian working in Tamil cinema. And  he acted with Karthi in Siruthai (2011) and Saguni (2012) . Based on an online poll conducted by The Times of India Santhanam won the Best Actor in a Comic Role for Vaanam.

Kim Sharma aka Kim Sharma is a model and actress who came into the limelight after she appeared in YRF's 'Mohabbatein'. She was born on 21st January 1980 in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra. Her father was a businessman and her mother was a homemaker. Kim is a cousin sister of actor Arjun Rampal. Kim has three sisters. She went to St. Joseph's Convent in Panchgani. After finishing her school education, she returned to her hometown and enrolled herself in the Junior college. But soon she left the college to pursue the career in modeling when she was in 12th standard. It is reported that Kim was dating cricketer Yuvraj Singh for a while but eventually they broke up.

Kim auditioned for Close-up toothpaste when she was on a trip to Mumbai and got selected. After that, she did modeling for many brands like Pepsi, Sunsilk, Tata Safari, Ponds, Fair & Lovely, Liril and Clean-n-Clear. She is a brand ambassador for 'Olay' in India.

Director Aditya Sharma noticed Kim and signed her for his multistarer film 'Mohabbatein'. The film got other newcomers like Uday Chopra, Jugal Hansraj, Jimmy Shergill, Shamita Shetty and Preeti Jhangiani. The film was a huge box office success and boosted Kim's career in the industry.

Niru, (born Nirmalan Nadarajah on January 13, 1980) is a Tamil music director and composer. He is renowned in Kollywood for both the sensuality of his melodies and the charisma of his work. From his rendition Netriunthom Engal Vitulilae with acclaimed tracks, such as Pattu Selai, Niru has become a popular musician.

He recently debuted in Tamil films as the music composer in the film "Kalabha Kadhalan".

Having found a passion for music at an early age, Niru discovered an affinity to all things musical. Though greatly adept at playing instruments, Niru found his forté lay in composing his own music and directing the celebrated musicians of the world.

In 1989, Niru moved to Paris, France, where he was in the tutelage of the Maison Populaire. There, he ameliorated and fine tuned his precision and skill for manipulating melodies. Niru graduated from SAE (Paris) in 2001, a prestigious institute with the links to Oxford, UK. Niru then progressed to study Western classical music at the Trinity College of Music, London.

Starting small, Niru initially began by composing jingles for advertisements, soon to be followed by a "nouvelle vague" which brought Tamil Pop to the forefront of music in France. His interest in pop music spurred him to compose for two albums, "Oru Parvai" and "Aalaiyin Karangal" in Paris, both of which proved to be illuminating. "Moongil Nila", album-extraordinaire and Niru's 3rd masterpiece encapsulated the vocal genius of Unnikrishnan, a good friend of Niru's, Hariharan, Srinivas, Anuradha Sriram, Karthik and Shankar Mahadevan. Celebrated lyricists Vairamuthu, Kapilan, Paa Vijay, Palanibharathi and Arivumathi were also able to successfully echo Niru's thoughts to great effect.

Niru then dedicated much of his time composing music for various charitable endeavours. In memory of the Asian Tsunami of 2004, Niru composed “Kadala Kadal Amma” with the vocals of Tippu by Aruvumathy. Niru also composed for the National Red Cross. Niru became both an independent and critically acclaimed Music Director with the release of his debut film; “Kalabha Kadhalan” in 2005, the music for which was highly successful.

In 2006, Niru’s work, in Mayavi of GV Films, was nominated for the Seoul Drama Awards (SDA). Here, Niru gained the highly prestigious “Jury's Special Award”. The music for “Rameswaram (film)”, also of Niru’s composing, was a great hit.

Nithin Sathya, is a Tamil film actor from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. His first notable role was in Chennai 600028 (2007), where he played a street cricket player. Since then he has been cast as a villain in Satham Podathey (2007) and in supporting roles in films like Raman Thediya Seethai. He has played the lead role in Pandhayam (2007) and Muthirai (2008).

Vimal is an Indian film actor, who appears in Tamil films. Following cameo appearances in the Vijay-starrer Ghilli and Kuruvi and Ajith Kumar's Kireedam, he played the lead role in Pandiraj's critically acclaimed Pasanga.  Subsequently, he played lead roles in several low-budget productions.

Vimal was born in Pannankombu, a village near Manapparai and later moved to Chennai. He discontinued his studies and began learning dancing and joined the Koothu-P-Pattarai, a theatre group in Chennai.

While being a part of Koothu-P-Pattarai, Vimal was appearing in uncredited roles in several high-profile Tamil films, including Ghilli (2004), Kireedam (2007) and Kuruvi (2008), starring noted lead actors Vijay and Ajith Kumar. He essayed his first leading role in Pasanga (2008), directed by Pandiraj, in which he played Meenakshisundaram, an insurance agent.  The film won critical acclaim, while his performance was well-received. He next appeared in A. Sarkunam's comedy entertainer Kalavani (2010) which went on to become a sleeper hit.

His other 2010 film was Maattuthaavani which was long-delayed and went unnoticed. In 2011, he acted in three films, Cloud Nine Movies' Thoonga Nagaram, Eththan and Vaagai Sooda Vaa, which saw him collaborating with A. Sarkunam again. Vaagai Sooda Vaa was a period piece set in the 1960s, with Vimal playing a village teacher named Veluthambi.

Vimal is currently working on more than half-a-dozen projects. His next release is touted to be Ishtam, a remake of Telugu hit Yemaindhi Ee Vela, in which he plays an urban character for the first time.  He is shooting for comedy films Anaithukkum Aasaipadu and UTV's Kalakalappu under Sundar C's direction that features an ensemble cast.  Vimal has also signed Unmai Sonnal Nesippaya, a film based on real incidents to be directed by newcomer Ravi.  C. S. Amudhan's Rendavathu Padam co-starring Richard Rishi and Aravind Akash.  Besides he has been roped in for two yet-to-be-titled ventures, to be directed by Thirumurugan, who played villain in his film Kalavani, and Padmamagan.

He appeared in the Indian cricket league advertisement for Chennai Superstars as a stylish batsman.

Actor Vimal was born to Narasimhan and Ramani.

On December 12, 2010, he married his childhood lover, a medical college student Akshaya (Priyadarshini) in a simple manner at Swamimalai Murugan Temple in Kumbakonam.  Vimal said that he felt love with Akshaya, who was a relative of Vimal, by mid-June 2009. Since Akshaya's parents allegedly opposed their affair, saying they were not interested in their daughter marrying an actor., the pair decided to elope. The couple have a son. Vimal is currently living in Virugambakkam in chennai.
