G. N. R. Kumaravelan is an Indian film director, who works in Tamil cinema. After assisting directors Balu Mahendra and Kamal Haasan in their films, Kumaravelan's directorial debut was the 2009 film Ninaithale Inikkum, and his second was the 2012 work Yuvan Yuvathi. His third film Haridas (2013), led to him being nominated for the Filmfare Award for Best Tamil Director.

Kumaravelan is the son of former director G. N. Rangarajan, who had extensively collaborated with actor Kamal Haasan in his career, directing films including Kalyanaraman (1979), Meendum Kokila (1981) and Maharasan (1993). Kumaravelan worked as an assistant director under Balu Mahendra in Sathi Leelavathi (1995) and then in Kamal Haasan's unreleased ventures Ladies Only and Marudhanayagam.

Kumaravelan's first feature film was the 2009 mystery drama film Ninaithale Inikkum, a remake of the 2006 Malayalam film Classmates. Featuring an ensemble cast including Prithviraj, Shakthi, Karthik Kumar, Priyamani and Anuja Iyer; the film was marketed by Sun Pictures and had an above average run at the box office. He then began pre-production on a film featuring R. Madhavan in the lead role, but the venture eventually did not materialise.

His second film was the romantic comedy, Yuvan Yuvathi featuring Bharath, Rima Kallingal and Santhanam. The film received mixed reviews after release in August 2011, with a critic noting that "Yuvan Yuvathi feels like being stuffed with stale food. You're likely to regurgitate". though Malathi Rangarajan from The Hindu stated, "A predictable yet enjoyable finish to a love story that sparkles with the energy of youth!"

Kumaravelan then moved on to make Haridas (2013), a drama film starring Kishore and Sneha revolving around the issues of caring for an autistic child, played by Prithviraj Das. The film opened to largely positive reviews from critics, with Sify.com noting that the film"rugs at your heartstrings, and urges you to introspect and makes you look at children with disability differently.Other reviews from The Hindu rated the movie "deserves to be supported. while Behindwoods.com wrote that the movie was an "honourable tribute to parental love and sacrifice.

The film was recognized at award ceremonies and film festivals, being nominated for a Filmfare Award and receiving second place at the 11th Chennai International Film Festival.

In 2014, he was working on the pre-production of a film starring Vikram Prabhu and approached Alia Bhatt to play the leading female role. However in June 2014, the producers shelved the venture citing financial restraints. The producers again started the venture.The project was called Wagah which would be a cross border romance between a Indian soldier and a Pakistani girl and instead of Alia Bhatt newcomer Ranya Rao was selected to play Vikram Prabhu's love interest. The film released on 12 August 2016 to highly negative reviews from critics as well as audiences.

Vineeth (born on 23 August 1969) is an Indian film actor and classical dancer who has acted in several well received films in his native Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada films. He studied in Good Shepherd Public School, Ooty, and at St. Joseph's Boys' High School, Thalassery. Vineeth is nephew of the famous Travancore sisters. Of them, apparently, Padmini and Ragini imposed on his parents to send him to dancing school. Vineeth is also a cousin of the film actress Shobhana and a relative of actress Sukumari.

He caught the public eye by winning several prizes in the Bharatanatyam dance form while studying in school including winning the first prize at the Kerala State Youth festival for four years in a row and winning the top prize of  Kalaprathibha.

Vineeth entered the film industry with the I. V. Sasi film Edanilagal in 1985. It was, however, with his second film Nakhakshathangal in 1986 that he caught the public eye in films. His dancing skills were prominently displayed in several films as well. He has acted in several well received films, since, in all the South Indian languages. In spite of his success in films, he still considers dance as his first love and is undergoing advanced training in Bharatanatyam and participates in several dance programs all over the world as well as the Surya Dance Festival.

In 2004, he married Priscilla Menon and lives in Chennai. Vineeth was the first student to have procured the ‘Kalaprathibha’ Gold Medal for individual championship from the Kerala State Government for the Kerala State School Youth Festival in 1986. He acquired the Best New Face Awarded from the Film Fan’s Association in Tamil Nadu for his outstanding performance in his film Aavarampoo.

He won the second best actor Award from the Kerala State Film Critics Association for the films Daivathinte Vikrkuthikal and Sargam. He also won the supporting actor award from the Film Fan’s Association for the films Jathimalli and Pudhiyamugam. However, his passion for dance was much in evidence, during which he composed, choreographed and performed umpteen number of dance recitals in India and abroad.

He also had the honour of performing under the Nattuvangum of his revered Guru Padmabushan Dr. Padma Subramaniyam for the prestigious Soorya Dance Festival in Trivandrum and the renowned Bharath Kalachar in Chennai in 2003. Vineeth received the ‘Yuvakala Bharathi’ award for 2006 from Bharath Kalachar. He was conferred the Kalaimamani award 2007 by Tamil Nadu Govt.

Karan is an Indian actor. He started his career as child actor under the name Master Raghu for more than 20 films in Malayalam. Ina and Kuyiline Thedi were huge hits. After a few years he made his debut as an adult in Annamalai starring opposite Rajni Kanth. Then he was a part of many films, especially starring Ajith Kumar and Vijay. Sukanya (suganya) is a South Indian actress, singer and voice actor. She has acted in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Telugu movies, and years of experience in the entertainment industry.

She has to her credit five Best Actress Filmfare awards for her performance in the Tamil films Puthu Nellu Puthu Nathu, Walter Vetrivel, Rajarajan. She can also speak Malayalam and Telugu, has learned Bharatanatyam and has performed worldwide[citation needed]. She is also the younger cousin of actress Jaishree. Sukanya's penchant for hair make-up is well known. She hairdressed Kushboo for the stage play, Anbudan Un Snehithe, when it was staged in Dubai. In the sets of Tamil TV serial Anandam, its customary to see Sukanya hairstyling her co-star Brinda Das, most of the days. She is known for her friendly nature and has helped her co-stars like Saranya Ponvannan, Kushboo, Ranjitha, Kasthuri, and Anu Hassan[citation needed]. In Telugu, Sukanya and Tabu co-star a Telugu serial in which Sukanya acts as Tabu's elder sister. She also acted in some Sandalwood Movies, including Guru Brahma co-starred by V. Ravichandran, which is a comedy mixed family movie. She prefers doing homely roles than glamorous roles[citation needed].

She is also famous for providing the speaking voice for actress Nandita Das in the Tamil classic Kannathil Muthamittal and for acting in a scene for the Tamil film Chinna Gounder in which the movie's main protagonist spins a top on her navel.Actress Sukanya married American Indian Sridharan at the Balaji Temple in New Jersey in 2002. The very next year, the actress returned to her residence in Chennai and decided to stay back and concentrate in acting career. Following this, the actress filed a divorce petition in the family court in Chennai and without her husband’s knowledge she obtained the divorce.

When Sridharan came to know of this, he filed a writ petition in the High Court of Madras that the divorce obtained in Chennai is not binding on him as the marriage had taken place in the US and hence the court here had no jurisdiction.

In an order passed in this issue, the judge ruled that the wife can file for divorce in her home town irrespective of where her marriage had taken place, according to the Hindu Marriage Act, Section 13 since their wedding took place as per the Hindu norms and customs. The judge further ruled that the issue be settled within two months.

Pasupathy  born 18 May 1969 is an Indian film actor. He appeared in critically acclaimed roles in many noted films in Tamil cinema, essaying supporting, antagonistic, comedic as well as protagonistic roles. His performance in E (2006) earned him a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actor and a Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Supporting Actor. He also won an ITFA Best Supporting Actor Award for his role in Kuselan (2008). He has also appeared in Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada films.

Pasupathy Ramasamy was born in 1969 near Maduravoyal, a suburb of Chennai, India, is a theatre artist by profession who fine-tuned his acting skills through the famous acting school "Koothu-P-Pattarai" based in Chennai. In 1984, He joined `Kuthupattarai' where he was there till 1997. He studied and grew up there till he started to act in films.

He became friends with actor Nassar who was in the film institute and later joined the `Kuthuppattarai'. When he was working in Marudhanayagam,' Nasar asked him whether he was interested in film. I said `yes' and he introduced him to Kamal Haasan. He was given the villain role. That was the first time he was before the camera. But Nasser's `Mayan' was the first of his films to get released. Nasser helped him a lot.

He got his first major recognized role in Virumaandi as (Kothaala Thevar) and Kannathil Muthamittal where he played an LTTE freedom fighter. He later began appearing in negative roles in a number of films such as Dhool, Virumaandi, Thirupaachi. He is the only actor who refuses to act as a romantic hero. Ajay Devgn also known as Ajay Devgan (born: Vishal Veeru Devgan on 2 April 1969) is an Indian film actor, director, and producer.

He is widely considered as one of finest actors of Hindi cinema. Devgn has won numerous awards in his career, including two National Film Awards. He is the son of director and action director Veeru Devgan.

Devgan began his professional career with Phool Aur Kaante in 1991 and received a Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut for his performance. He then starred in successful films such as Jigar (1992), Dilwale (1994), Suhaag (1994), Naajayaz (1995), Diljale (1996) and Ishq (1997). He married Indian film actress, Kajol in 1999 and the couple have two children. In August 2009, Devgn changed his surname from 'Devgan' on the request of his family. He was the first person in Bollywood to acquire a six-seater private jet for transport to shooting locations, promotions and personal trips.

Ajay was born into a Punjabi family of Delhi to Veena and Veeru Devgan. Originally from Amritsar,members of his family are all related to the Hindi film industry in Mumbai. His father, Veeru Devgan, is a well-known stunt choreographer and his mother Veena Devgan, a film producer. Ajay's brother, Anil Devgan, is a Hindi film director. In August 2009, Devgn's surname was changed to its current spelling from its more well-known "Devgan", at the request of his family. Bhagyashree aka Bhagyashree is a famous actress. She got into the limelight after her film 'Maine Pyar Kiya' along with Salman Khan. She was born on 23rd February 1969. He made his debut as a film director in 2010 with the film Anandhapurathu Veedu. He is an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune.
