  Poonam Kaur

Poonam Kaur is an Indian actress and model from Hyderabad,  who appears in South Indian cinema.  Born and raised in Hyderabad, India, Poonam Kaur did her schooling there as well, before doing fashion designing at the National Institute of Fashion Technology in Delhi.  In 2006, after her studies, she signed up for a film to be directed by Teja, which didn't take off for unknown reason. However, she took an offer for another Teja film, Oka Vichitram. Even before the release of that film, Kaur was pursuing a lead role in another Telugu film, Mayajalam, which released first.

Subsequently, she appeared in several Telugu film as Nikki And Neeraj, enacting the title role of Nikki and Souryam, alongside Gopichand and Anushka Shetty. For her performance in the latter, Kaur received a nomination for the Best Suuporting Actress Award for 2008.

She made her acting debut in the Tamil and Kannada film industries, with S. A. Chandrasekhar's Nenjirukkum Varai and Bandhu Balaga, respectively. In 2010, she made a comeback in Tamil with the highly anticipated Unnaipol Oruvan, a remake of the 2008 Bollywood film, A Wednesday!, in which she played a small supporting role alongside legendary actors Kamal Haasan and Mohan Lal.

A. L. Vijay is an Indian film director of the Tamil film industry. A disciple of Priyadarshan, he matured as director with films like Kireedam and critically acclaimed Madrasapattinam. Vijay later directed big budget films Deiva Thirumagal and Thaandavam, starring Vikram in both films. His father A. L. Azhagappan was the president of Tamil Nadu Producers Council and appeared in the film Eesan. His brother Udhaya has also starred in Tamil films.

Sailaja is currently a judge in season 1 of Jaya TV's musical reality-talent show, Jaya Super Singer South India.

Personal life

She is married to Subhalekha Sudhakar, a Tollywood actor. The couple has a son, Sreekar. Apart from being a playback singer, she is also a classical dancer.

Apart from appearing in supporting roles in Tamil films he also appears in the Sun TV comedy show Asathapovathu Yaaru as one of the judges. His debut film was Vaaname Ellai. It was Madan Bob who first taught Maragathamani music.

He was eighth child in his family, so he was christened Krishnamurthy which also happened to be his uncle’s name and there was a lot of confusion in the house, so they changed his name to Madan. his brother’s name is Padmanabhan a.k.a. Babu. Both started a music group called ‘Madan and Babu’. In time, the Babu became Bob and that’s how director Balachander introduced him in his first film.

During the shooting of Mappillai (2011), Madhan Bob was injured in an accident. His assistant was also with him. When the car was nearing Vaagai Kulam a dog crossed the road. In order to avoid hitting the dog, the driver applied a sudden brake. Because of this the car capsized. Madan Bob, his assistant and car driver were seriously injured. Madan Bob somehow managed to break the glass door. He saved the driver and his assistant. The three were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. After the treatment Madan Bob participated in the shooting.
