Mumtaz Sorcar is an Indian film actress. She is the youngest daughter of magician PC Sorcar Junior and Jayashree Devi. Mumtaz started her career with a music video for singer Mehreen from Bangladesh. She first appeared in the short film Bhorai: The Maladies of Dawn directed by Subhrajit Mitra produced by NIBS.


Her schooling was from Modern High School for Girls (Kolkata). She completed her Graduation in BA.LLB from South Calcutta Law College under Calcutta University. Sports is her hobby. As an athlete she got trained in Boxing from south Kolkata club under Bengal Amateur Boxing Federation. She also has training in Judo. She is also a classical Jazz dancer. She's also a gold medalist in shot put from YMCA.


Her debut film was 033 which was directed by Birsha Dasgupta. She also signed a Tollywood big screen film in Shoumik Sen directed No Poblem (2007). The film is currently in post-production state & is slotted to be released in 2012.


Another one of her upcoming film is Koekti Meyer Golpo directed by Subrata Sen. The film deals with the root cause of involvement of high society girls in escort services. The lead roles are played by Mumtaz, Raima Sen, Parno Mittra. She has also signed a film Atmogopan by Somnath Sen. Mumtaz plays the character 'Anu', Subhash Chatterjee essays her father.

Ajay Gnanamuthu is an upcomng southindian film director and he has worked as a former assistant ofdirector A.R.Murugadoss. Currently he is doing his first movie titled Demonte Colony.

R Ajay Gnanamuthu, is an Indian Film Director and Screenwriter working primarily in Tamil Cinema. He started his career assisting Producer-Filmmaker AR Murugadoss in Tamil films 7aum Arivu and Thuppakki. In 2015, He Debuted as a Director with his Horror-Thriller film Demonte Colony which was received well by critics and the audience. It was declared a SuperHit at the Box-office.

Neha Oberoi is an actress who appears Bollywood and Tollywood. She is a daughter of Dharam Oberoi who is a famous film producer. Film director Sanjay Gupta is her uncle. She was born on 15th September 1985 in Mumbai. She is married to a diamond venture Vishal Shah in 2010.

Neha has featured in the films like 'EMI' , 'Dus Kahaniyaan' and 'Woodstock Villa'. She made her debut with the Telugu film. She came into the limelight with her performance in 'Dus Kahaniyaan'.

Hazel Crowney also spelled as Hazel Croney is a British model and film actress who has appeared in many ad campaigns and some Bollywood films.

Crowney was born in the London, United Kingdom to English parents Karin and Phil Crowney. she has two younger sisters (one named Robyn). Crowney grew up in Grosvenor Park, Chester, England, she completed her schooling from Bennett Memorial School in Tunbridge Wells, UK. Later, she studied fashion and textiles at West Kent College.

Career

Crowney's entry Bollywood came by chance in 2004 when she was backpacking in Thailand and stumbled upon an Indian film being shot there. So came her first appearance in a Bollywood film was in the item song Leke Pehla Pehla Pyaar. She was an extra in the film Janasheen.  With little prior knowledge of the sub-continent, she was attracted by the music and dance, and decided to try her luck in Mumbai.

She went on to do few advertisements for Ponds, Nokia, HSBC and Samsung before landing with her first proper role in the film MP3 - Mera Pehla Pehla Pyaar in 2007. She also worked in shows, for which she got highly paid.

In 2010, Crowney along with other non-Indian actresses like Alice Patten were asked to leave Bollywood by Raj Thackeray's Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), a Mumbai based political party. They campaigned for a ban on the estimated 1,000 British and other foreign actors who regularly appear in Bollywood films accusing them of stealing jobs from local girls.

Crowney is going to perform in an item song named 'Reshma Ki Jawani' for the film Kaash Tum Hote which is due for release in 2013.  She will also appear in an item song in the upcoming Telugu action-drama Shankara.

Ramya Krishnan was born in a Tamil brahmin Iyer family in Madras (now Chennai) in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. She is the niece of Cho Ramaswamy, a comedian, actor, and outspoken politician. She had initial training in Bharathanatyam and Kuchipudi dance forms, and had given many stage performances. Ramya started her acting career at the age of 13 and has an acting career spanning over 25 years. She first played the lead role in Vellai Manasu in Tamil opposite Y.G. Mahendran. She was studying in 8th standard when she acted in her first film.

Ramyakrishnas first Telugu film was Bhalae Mithrulu. Kasinadhuni Viswanath’s masterpiece Suthradharulu, released in 1987 have given first major break to Ramya as a actress. Under the direction of K.Raghavendra Rao, Ramyakrishna established herself as a ‘star’ in Telugu film industry. Her Tamil film Padayappa (Narasimha in Telugu), has brought her recognition and fame not only in South India but also internationally in Japan, Singapore, London and Paris. Her role (Neelambari) in Padayappa was perhaps the best role of her career and disproved her critics who said that she was a mere glam doll. Recently she has given performance in some stage shows in New York, Dallas, San Jose, and Cincinnati along with Nagarjuna and Tabu.

She bagged only one prestigious Nandi Award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh. Ramya have also enjoyed success in Kannada movies. P. Vasu ( born Vasudevan Peethambharam) is an Indian film director, writer, and actor who works in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam films. In a career spanning three decades, Vasu has directed over 50 films.

Vasu's father Peethambaram Nair worked as a make-up man for M. G. R. and N. T. R. in their films in older days. He was one of the leading make up artists during his period and was elected as the president of make-up-union, Tamil Nadu for 30 years. He later went on to become a producer. He produced about 25 films in Tamil and Telugu and went on to become one of the leading producers in the south. He produced along with his brother M.C.Sekhar who was a cinematographer. M.C.Sekhar had worked as a cinematographer for more than 150 films. Peethambharam died on 21 February 2011 at the age of 89. Vasu is married to Shanthi and has a son, Sakthi Vasu who is an actor and a daughter Abhirami Vasudevan. His mother is Kamala. Vasu's brothers are Vidyasagar, Vimal and his sisters are Vijaylakshmi,Vasantha and Vanaja.

Director Shri. P. Vasu entered filmdom at the young age of 19. He served as Asst to the then reigning supremo Director B.Shridhar. He ventured into direction as Bharathi Vasu at the early age of 24. Shortly after their marvelous debut - Panner Pushpangal, Vasu set out on his own to script and direct movies.

Vasu joined director Sridhar as an assistant. Director Sridhar was one of the leading directors of his period and he is one of the directors who has won a number of accolades for his natural way of directing films. Vasu started his career with Santhana Bharathi as a co-director and made films like Panneer Pushpangal, Mella Pesungal, Sahasame Jeevitham, Neethiyin nizhal, Madhumalar. They both shared a good success record and had won a lot of appreciations. After a certain period they started building up their career on an individual basis.

Ever since, he’s been riding an illustrious journey, having directed more than 60 movies spanning several languages which include Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Hindi. Although he has had his share of unsuccessful films, his spell of success is unique and matchless. More than 35 of his films were hits having crossed the 100th day mark, while more than a dozen were super hits having surpassed the 25 weeks mark. Further, his Aptha Mitra went on to cross the one year mark, while legendary Chandra mukhi has had a record run of 800 days and more. In addition, several movies credited with his stories have also been runaway hits in other languages.
