Mahima Chaudhry is one of the most versatile actresses in the Bollywood industry. She was born as Ritu Chaudhry on 13 September 1973. Mahima was also an ex-model.

Her father hails from UP and is a Hindu Jat, while her mother is Darjeeling-based Nepali. Mahima was born in Darjeeling and did her schooling from a very popular convent school in Darjeeling. In the year 1988, Mahima did her ISC board. She was a student of Loreto College in Darjeeling.

Prior shifting her base to Delhi, Mahima participated and won a local beauty pageant in Darjeeling. The young Mahima was seen in television commercials of Wall's Ice Cream and Pepsi. 'Dobaara' (2004) saw Mahima as an upset housewife. The chirpy actress was seen as a paralytic dancer in the film 'Zameer' (2005). 'Tere Naam' (2003) was the film in which Mahima did a special appearance in a song.

Muthuraman Murali Karthikeyan, better known by his screen name Karthik Muthuraman, is a Tamil actor, son of veteran actor R. Muthuraman, and has acted in more than 100 films. He was first introduced by Bharathiraja in the film Alaigal Oivathillai. He has acted in Tamil and Telugu films.
