The film is said to be a gangster drama and has been mainly shot in Madurai. While the first look poster of the film featuring Atharvaa stabbed on the back with a few knives was released recently, the teaser of the film gave a glimpse of all the action and intense ride that the director is set to take the audience for. Interestingly, Atharvaa’s romantic entertainer 'Thalli Pogathey', in which he pairs up with Anupama Parameshwaran has been confirmed to hit the screens on Dec 24th,the latest is that the film's release has been pushed and an official announcement regarding the release in 2022 will be made soon.
Produced by Rockfort Entertainment, the story of 'Kuruthi Aattam' seems to be about friendship that Atharvaa shares with a little girl played by Divyadarshini. While music for the film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja, cinematography is by Balasubramaniem and editing by NB Srikanth.
