  Pallavi Sharda
Pallavi Sharda is an Indian-Australian film/theatre actress and dancer, trained in Bharatha Natyam.

Pallavi is the daughter of Dr. Hema Sharda (Director of South Asian Relations at the University of Western Australia), and Dr. Nalin Kant Sharda (Professor of Computer Science at Victoria University).  Her parents are from Delhi, her father is a Punjabi.  Both her parents are IIT alumni and have PhDs in science and engineering. They migrated to Australia in the 1980s, before she was born where they are now professors.  Born in Perth and brought up in Melbourne into an academic family, Sharda commenced her LLB and BA (Media & Communications) & Diploma in Modern Languages (French) at the University of Melbourne, at the age of 16.

Sharda started her Bollywood career by playing a cameo in Karan Johar's My Name Is Khan (2010). In March 2010 Sharda was crowned 'Miss India Australia' in Sydney.

She next starred in the comedic-drama film, Dus Tola (2010), in which she played the role of Geeta, 'the village dance teacher' opposite actor Manoj Bajpai. Dus Tola hit Indian theatres on 22 October 2010 and Pallavi's performance garnered critical acclaim.  Sharda's second release, an Indo-American film called Walkaway was released on 29 October 2010 across USA. Sharda's next Bollywood release, Love Breakups Zindagi released on 7 October 2011.

In 2011 and 2012 Sharda was the lead actress of the theatrical musical, Taj Express directed by Shruti Merchant and choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant.

Sharda made her Australian film debut with comedy film Save Your Legs, which released on 28 February 2013.  She made her debut in Bollywood commercial cinema with Abhinav Kashyap's Besharam, in which she is cast opposite Ranbir Kapoor.

Sharda has recently been signed on for Vibhu Puri's period film opposite Ayushmann Khurrana.

Krishna Kumar, better known by his stage name K, is an Indian composer, singer-songwriter and music director based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Primarily scoring music for films, newcomer K has worked on multiple short films, as well as several full length feature films in the Tamil film industry.



Born in Nagapattinam, Tamil Nadu, K moved to Chennai when he was four months old. He did his schooling at Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan in Chennai, where he took lessons in playing the keyboard. His next big career break came when famed cinematographer Rajeev Ravi roped him for his directorial venture in Malayalam, Annayum Rasoolum. The movie went on to become a cult favourite.



K is currently scoring the music for four Tamil films, 'Mahabalipuram', 49-O, 'Kaadu' and 'Kallapadam'.



He is also making his musical foray into Bollywood via the Hindi remake of the hit Tamil film - 'Pizza', for which K will compose one song, the background score and main theme.



'Kallapadam', being directed by debutant Vadivelu, also happens to be the first film in which K will feature on-screen. He had formerly turned down a role in his first movie 'Yuddham Sei', but this time around has agreed to play one of the leads in the upcoming movie.


K won the award for 'Best Re-Recording' for Yuddham Sei at the 2013 BIG 92.7FM Tamil Melody Awards held in Chennai in September 2013.

K's background score for the film too received tremendous praise, with a reviewer saying "Composer K’s music peps up these action sequences. With his adrenaline igniting music, he even manages to make the sight of bones cracking look cool. He is to Rajeev Ravi what Amit Trivedi and Sneha Khanwalker were to Anurag Kashyap in Gangs Of Wasseypur.

Hasika is an Indian film actress who has appeared in Telugu and Tamil language films. After winning critical acclaim for her debut in the Telugu film Bus Stop (2012), she has signed up for Tamil films including Vetrimaaran's production Poriyaalan and Prabhu Solomon's Kayal, in which she plays the titular character.


She made her debut with the Telugu film Maruthi Dasari's coming to age story Bus Stop (2012), winning critical acclaim for her performance of Seema, a flirt. Featuring alongside an ensemble cast including Prince, Kanna and fellow debut actress Sri Divya, the film opened in November 2012 to a positive critical and commercial response at the box office. Within two days of release of the film, she was offered the lead role opposite Varun Sandesh in his next venture Priyathama Neevachata Kushalama and began filming later in the year. The film released in March 2013 to negative reviews, though a critic claimed "the saving grace for the film is performance of the lead pair - Varun Sandesh and Hasika", adding that Hasika "looks traditional and has put up a decent show as well."

She will next be seen in Vijay Maddala's next directorial venture Green Signal, where she appears alongside newcomer Revanth. Hasika has also signed on to appear in the Tamil film, Poriyaalan alongside Harish Kalyan, which is written by Manimaran. During production, the scope of the film became larger after it was announced that director Vetrimaaran had chosen to invest in the venture as a co-producer. The actress then went on to sign another Tamil project, Prabhu Solomon's directorial venture Kayal, in which she plays the title role. The director decided to rechristen her as Anandhi for the film, and she was selected after auditioning twice before impressing Solomon.
