Actress Preetika is originally a Mangalorian who was born and brought up in Mumbai.


She completed her graduation in Bachelors of Arts and acquired a diploma in Mass Communication and Journalism and now has her own column with South Side Movie Magazine in Chennai and also writes for several other news papers.


She started modeling at the age of 19 and was the face to endorse several prestigious campaigns in Mumbai, Chennai & Hyderabad.

The multi-talented actress is a professional Bharatanatyam dancer. She learned this style of dance in London for almost four years. Sophie learned Kathak and Salsa in Mumbai. Helena Shenel taught western classical music to Sophie. Pandit Askaran Sharma trained Sophie in the field of Indian classical music.

After finishing her education, Sophie thought of making her dream turn into reality and so she commenced with her singing career. Music director Biddu noted her talent and decided to give it a right direction. Initially, Sophie sang as back-up for the other playback singers like Alisha Chinoy and Shweta Shetty. 'Sansara', an all girls band was starting of pop singing career of Sophie. Eventually, the band got separated and she began with her solo singing in videos like 'Le Le Mera Dil' and 'Habibi'.

In the year 2002, Sophie shifted to Mumbai and became MTV India's VJ. She started anchoring the famous show 'MTV Loveline' and accomplished much popularity from it. 'Sophie & Dr. Love' was her first remix album. The album topped UK Asian Pop charts for almost twelve weeks and broke the records. Eminent personalities like Salma Agha, Runa Laila and Nazia Hassan sang in that album. The year 2009 saw the launch of her album 'Sound of Sophie'. This album was devoid of any remixes and included only original tracks. The Indian brand of fashion, 'Madame' sponsored the album. Sophie turned the brand ambassador for the same brand. In this album, Sophie worked with famous music composers, such as Rishi Rich, Biddu, Bappi Lahiri and Gaurav Gupta.

He was born in Jat family of Village Kharkara, Rohtak in Harayana, and he completed his acting graduation from FTII in 2008.

Jaideep Ahlawat started to take acting seriously only after his graduation. He was first noticed in a negative character in Priyadarshan's Khatta Meetha (2010). 

In the same year he appeared in Aakrosh with Ajay Devgn Thereafter he did some big banner films including Anurag Kashyap's Gangs of Wasseypur (2012) and Kamal Hasan's Vishwaroopam (2012).
