Then the role, which gave her wide recognition was Nagma Khatoon in 'Gangs Of Wasseypur' and 'Gangs Of Wasseypur 2', in which she matured from 16 years old shy newly married girl to sixty years old iron hearted matriarch. Her performance was well appreciated in that typical male-centered movie. She won the Filmfare Best Actress (Critics) award in 2013. For her effortless fierce acting, she got the title 'Ms. Fire'. Later, she was seen in Farhan Akhtar's Excel Entertainment movie 'Fukrey', wherein she played the rocking role of a female mafia don called Bholi Punjaban. Through her films, she has made a statement for herself as a strong, bold, fierce woman in Bollywood.

Richa will be next starring in the movie 'Tamanchey' opposite Nikhil Dwivedi, wherein she will be seen in a glamorous role of an outlaw gangster girl. She will also be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's epic movie, 'Ram Leela' wherein her character is named Raseela. Also, she will feature in an international short film alongside Ben Kingsley directed by renowned director Mira Nair.

Sajid Khan (born 28 December 1951 in Mumbai, India) is a former Indian actor. He is the adopted son of Indian film producer Mehboob Khan, founder of Mehboob Studios, in India. Sajid started acting as a child appearing as the younger version of Sunil Dutt's character in his father Mehboob's 1957 film Mother India. He played a more central role in his father's next and last film Son of India in 1962. He went on to achieve fame in the United States with a co-starring role alongide Jay North in the 1966 film Maya. The film's success led to a television series of the of the same name airing on NBC from September 1967 to February 1968. He also had a short-lived singing career in 1969 releasing an album titled Sajid. In the 1970s and early 1980s he appeared in several films and then quit acting in 1983.
